Matcha Green Tea Powder
Matcha is made by steaming Tencha tea leaves and drying them without kneading them before grinding them into a fine powder. It has a good taste, a unique aroma and is less astringent. It is often used in tea ceremonies. Matcha is divided into several grades and can be observed from the color of the matcha. The darker the matcha, the better the quality. Drinking 1 cup of matcha will provide the same amount of nutrients as drinking 10-15 cups of other types of green tea.
