Cocoa powder
It is a product obtained from cocoa beans (Cocoa) that are fermented and dried (Dehydration), roasted (Roasting), separated the shells and ground. Alkaline agents may be added to adjust the pH and flavor as desired. Then some fat is extracted and powdered. Cocoa powder is brown or reddish brown.
Cocoa Powder is made in Malaysia, Dark Brown, 11-12% Cocoa Fat, easy to dissolve, fragrant, delicious taste, suitable for making Cocoa Drinks, Bubble Milk Tea, Ice Cream, Bingsu, Chocolate, Snacks and Bakery that require good quality.
